Writing in a journal your likes and loves (tip #12) is a great way to practice helping the brain to become both happy and creative. I everyday write and encourage you doing it, in my (loved) journal, the things I'm liking that occur the day before or the morning I write. Of course there are repetitions, and sometimes I need to search for some ten seconds things I liked the day before (writing spontaneously 5 lines a day in a A5 or A4 format seem sometimes a lot).
While some other day my pencil is moving all by itself filling pages after pages.
